Mr. Chandran began his career consolidating and building upon a family real estate enterprise.  Mr. Chandran has been active in the acquisition, development, divesting, management and finance of real estate for the past fourteen years.  He has built a loyal following of investors and associates that have benefited from both his skillful decision-making and his habit of significantly outperforming average market returns.  Shariff obtained his MBA from Queen's University - School of Business.

Ms. Chandran provides and maintains enhanced client coverage and client-oriented services with respect to our investment opportunities while ensuring that credit policies and procedures are followed in accordance with audit guidelines. Prior to assuming this role, Ms. Chandran worked in the Finance industry for over ten years with various national banks and finance companies; underwriting mortgages, loans and setting up and providing information with regards to their investment accounts. In the fast-paced and emergent real estate and investment markets that Platinum Equities is a part of, Ms. Chandran is an invaluable asset.

Mr. Krishnamurthy’s career in the  Financial industry began with a major Canadian Chartered bank . This was followed by several years with an  Asset Management firm where Dave was responsible for Business Development in the Capital Markets. He has also held various positions in Bridge Financing, Mezzanine Lending and in the Oil and Gas industry.  Dave's extensive knowledge and relationships with the Capital Markets are a great asset for Platinum Equities. Mr. Krishnamurthy holds a B.A from the University of Windsor.

Mr. Filson has been involved with Platinum Equities since the company's inception and has twenty five years experience in the Real Estate industry. He has been involved in the development of nearly 20 multi-family projects. He has owned a building company, a real estate brokerage, a land company and a renovation company. He has several years experience dealing with investors and investment real estate.  Mr. Filson is a Civil Engineering Technologist and holds a Master's degree from Brock University. He is the author of 'The Armchair Investor's Guide to Real Estate".
